Burning Soul was built around a simple idea: to make beautiful candles from something that already exists.

Community, sustainability and quality have been at the heart of what we do from the beginning. We source empty wine bottles from local pubs, friends and neighbours around South London, then transform each one by hand into a candle designed to be enjoyed for hours.

COMMUNITY
We keep things local. Our bottles are collected from pubs, friends and neighbours within half a mile of us, and every candle is handmade in small batches in South London.

SUSTAINABILITY
Giving used wine bottles a second life is where it all began. Our candles are made with vegan soy wax and essential oils, and our products and packaging are plastic-free and cruelty-free.

QUALITY
From cutting and sanding each bottle to pouring every candle by hand, we take our time with the details. Our 330g candles offer a clean, long-lasting burn of approximately 70–90 hours.
